Returns & Refunds

At Good Dirt Baseball Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, buyer's remorse, or accidental orders. Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gooddirtbaseball.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We'll review your claim and, if approved, gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Requests

If a return is approved for any reason outside of a damaged or incorrect item, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with any original packaging, when applicable

Returns must be authorized before being shipped. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
